No matter your fitness level or ability everyone starts in the 'Academy'. Here you will build a foundation of strength, flexibility and conditioning while also developing a base of understanding.
Daily nutrition, mindset and recovery information will be provided to optimize your result. Gym access isn't required as options for both full gym and minimal at-home equipment will be provided.
This 12 week program will be challenging and rewarding from start to finish. From there you will be able to jump right into the Fit By Fire Crew.

4 Weeks Customized Programming + REMOTE COACHING

If you are looking for some extra customization and coaching this is the option for you.
After your initial free consultation, you and your coach will meet twice a month (2x 30min sessions) to help you through the process. This includes customizing the workouts based on equipment/ abilities, goal setting, and more.
Along with the custom program and remote coaching you will have weekly check-in and video review. This will allow your coach to give you feedback on technique and general support.
Additional remote coaching sessions are available at $50 per 30 bookings.
