Pace out 20 Meters. Tie 2 ropes onto Prowler, one on each pushing side. As you push you will let the excess rope go between your feet.

Description: Partner 1 - Pushes Prowler to one side, runs back to start and pulls the prowler back while seated. Partner 2 Repeats same movements. Round 2 - Add in 1 of each... Partner 1 pushes, there and back (2 lengths) , and then pulls rope there and back. Partner 2 repeats!
