With January Bootcamp coming to an end, I'm now looking into What's Next for the participants who have made such huge gains!
Performance Scores increased by nearly 25% amongst the "TRAINED" athletes in the program and 38% within the not so trained.
It continues to impress me that with only 1 session per week for up to six weeks, people show me amazing results.
Not only have I seen performance increase though, the major gains for me is in the individuals appearance and confidence! I find no greater gratification then seeing my clients walk out of my programs with their heads held high and smiles of proudness on their faces.
Yes, we ALL want to Look Good Naked! However, performance increases in tasks/movements you never Thought you could achieve, are the things that makes me Proud of my clients!
No trophy or award can even compare to how I feel when I See that I may have HELPED CHANGE one of my clients lives from Fitness/Life Coaching!!! Don't get me wrong, trophies and awards are my physical goals that I strive for personally. But having a client and new friend that I can talk to about overall health and well being, while seeing them change into a much more confident person is super gratifying.
I run Fit By Fire for YOU. Yes, you are the ones that "Sponsor" my events for the Combat Challenge, but its you that makes me work harder to try and be a role model. Although every program I run, I find myself reflecting back and looking at my clients as my own Role Models!
This is what I've determined over the past couple of years.... Fitness, Health and Wellness is about bouncing ideas off of each other. There are many ways to do things and achieve similar goals, but having a network of people who think the same, train beside you and support each other Is the Best Way to Conquer Goals!
