= CONFUSING for most!
I want to discuss nutrition today, but make it as Simple as possible. It's the Little Things that can make you Healthy or Unhealthy.
For most, We need to Focus on eating foods that are grown, fresh and in their most natural state. Staying to the outside of the grocery store when shopping helps with limiting the processed foods. How Much do we eat? When do we eat? Can I eat over my calories? Do I just eat my calories, or do I have to eat certain amounts of proteins, fats and carbs?
These are all questions YOU need to answer yourself... and how do you do that?!? You can learn what works for you through the guidance of working with a coach and experimenting with new techniques. We are all different and what may work for me, may not work for you. So to follow a general "Diet Plan" may not be the best way for you to understand your body and outlook on foods. Nutrition can be super confusing to most and can cause mental health problems if food is not viewed the way it needs to be. Food is FUEL, we need to EAT enough to help our bodies accomplish its required daily DEMANDS.
