Amber's Weight Shift Transformation...
Amber was always an active child who played multiple sports and grew up working on their family farm. She does NOT come from a family of "Lucky" skinny genes as some might refer to. Although her family is athletic, they like most, place being Healthy as a Top priority. Amber has Worked at her health since a young girl and continues to strive for a healthy lifestyle while chasing her performance Goals.
While playing Division 1 hockey at The Ohio State University, Amber was very fit. She held a couple weight room records and always was pushing to achieve a higher fitness level. Surprisingly to most, she weighed in at a constant 168lbs for the majority of her 4 years there. Her body dynamic's would change and still do to this day, but her "Scale Weight" stays consistent.
To most, these 2 pictures up top speak louder then Words.

Now, without going into a long rant... SCALE WEIGHT is just a tool. It does NOT define how you look and how you feel! I believe Body measurements, pictures and journal tracking help to DEFINE MY WEIGHT but OVERALL FEELING HEALTHY is
WHAT I STRIVE FOR!
We need to prioritize our Goals, Take Chances and Make Changes to our Fitness Approaches
in order to achieve a healthier outcome.

But overall.... She Decreased her Physical Activity Levels and increased her food consumption!
