Fit by Fire was created by Amber Bowman to help people within the community by improving their overall health. Amber believes in a positive atmosphere, healthy food choices, and daily physical activity to reach the ultimate goal of a great lifestyle!
Life is about creating Goals, and conquering new Challenges.
The proceeds from Fit by Fire's programs will be used for Amber to compete in the 2013 Firefighters Combat Challenge. She is trying to defend her National and World Titles on the World Stage in Las Vegas this October, 2013. Amber is also trying to be the First Female to break the Sub 2 minute mark!

With the last Workout quickly approaching, these Amazing Athletes continue to prove to themselves that They "Can" reach beyond their Goals!
After class 3, most of the participants had past their perceived physical abilities and continued to build upon their MENTAL capabilities. Flipping tractor tires, smashing thick battle ropes, jumping over obstacles, while being breathless after decreased rest periods has shown these individuals that Anything is Achievable if you "BELIEVE" and Never Give Up!
Fit by Fire is about team building, building confidence both physically and mentally as an individual. I push my clients to the next level in every workout their in! Like most humans, we think we can only do so much.... But when pushed hard and challenged in a unique way, people reach physical tasks faster than they think. My thoughts on training both the body and mind is this:
Believe in yourself, Never Give Up, Take on every challenge that is thrown at you. Work for Quality not Quantity, When you think you're going to pass out or throw up....you won't! Your body will push through the challenges, and your mind will help you or it will catch up!
Remember Fitness needs to be Fun, Unique and Rewarding!
