What will it take to be the First Female to Break the Firefit Challenge 2 minute mark?
Is my training adeqate to Reach my Goals?
Should I train Harder and More Often?
Do I need to get faster or Stronger?
Am I Over Training?
How do I decrease my fatigue?
Am I mentally Ready?
Is my Sleep adequate?
Can I increase my muscle mass while I still become faster?
Do I need a day off?
These are all the thoughts that go through my head as I lay in my cozy bed at night. I have a Goal of becoming the First Female to Break the 2 Minute mark in the Firefit Challenge. With only 1 second to make up in the course, I find myself questioning EVERYTHING.
Is this how all Top Athletes think?
Is this my super competitive nature running my life? or is this how we all Function as humans trying to achieve our goals.
I motivate and push my clients to become Better. Better in each exercise, Stronger in every workout. I see thier potential and get very Excited for them as they Reach their Goals!
Now it's my turn. They "Believe" in me... As their Trainer and Mentor.

Who doesn't want to flip Tractor Tires, pull heavy weights and throw equipment around!? If this program isn't Physically Challenging enough...Then it sure is Mentally Rewarding! Let our EGO'S Explode.
With week 2 under our belts, week 3 will be more exciting then the participants have seen. New equipment, faster times and greater Motivation will be needed to finish Class 3!
