After these past 19 days, I have found it frustrating at times to NOT get the results I want SO FAST!
Just like most people, how do we get our final results in just 19 days!?! It DOESN'T HAPPEN!
So here I am, plugging away just like YOU.
Workouts, to healthy meals, as much sleep as I can get in, while still enjoy this amazing weather and catching up with Family and Friends. It's a challenge in it's own.
I was eating Pizza's and baked goods all throughout my time in Europe. So these foods have turned into my major cravings during my days home.
I'm battling to find things to substitute and have healthy foods prepared, so that I won't make these choices. Yes, you can have them once in a while! By that i mean, Once a month or so. Not weekly and especially not daily.
I have currently lost 4 lbs over the 19 days, and hope to build some serious muscles over the next month. I'm not into Scale weight like most people. I gauge my progress through how my clothes fit and how I feel.
I LOVE having tons of energy and feel like i'm Engine is running Clean!
